The PI and the Prof edition by Edward Kendrick Romance eBooks

Private investigator Sal Cochran is hired to find Tim Murphy, a missing college student. Before he can, Tim's body turns up--drowned. At first Sal believes it was just an accident, until he begins to dig deeper and discovers that Tim is the fifth young man to have died the same way within the past two months.
With the help of his older lover, Professor Greg Ferguson, Sal starts searching for the serial killer he believes is murdering gay young men. Will Sal be able to convince police detective Ethan Park there really is a serial killer on the loose? And, more to the point, can Sal find the man before he kills again, and not become one of his victims in the process? Only time will tell.

Greg is a college professor, Sal is his PI boyfriend. Sal is hired by a colleague of Greg's to find her missing son and Sal uncovers more than expected. Her son is the latest victim of a serial killer. It's an ok story, well written with no typos or errors, but just didn't grab my interest. Greg and Sal are sweet together, but I got very sick of the age references over and over. There wasn't much to the mystery, it was as if the author couldn't decide whether the story should be a romance or a mystery and so it really ended up neither. It was also very short, so maybe that hindered the plot development. Just okay.Product details

The PI and the Prof edition by Edward Kendrick Romance eBooks Reviews
The author does a terrific job of blending mystery, intrigue and suspense with strong character development, compelling premise and enviable pace. This is the first book of this author's that I have read but it definitely will not be the last!
Another great mystery murder short story from Edward Kendrick. I never can get enough of this author. The storyline was strong and to the point. The characters were well developed and very believable. Sal was a young PI, hired to investigate the disappearance of a gay college student. A few days later the student was found dead in the river and it was ruled as an accidental drowning. Along with Sal's boyfriend Greg, a forensic professor, the two come up with information and research that leads them to believe that they might just have a serial killer on their hands. Other gay male students have died the same way 2 weeks apart in the area. They take the info to the police, but Sal is still intent on following this case and find the killer. Then Sal believes he knows who it is. But the killer knows Sal is after him and getting to close. Their lives are in danger!!!! A Great Read! The right amount of mystery, Action, and HOT SEX thrown in. Don't Miss It❤️
Loved the mystery and the romance. This was another great story in a long line of books I truly love by this author. When I see a book from this author I know I can purchase it without even reading what the book is about because I have not been disappointed with anything he writes. Thank you Mr Kendrick and keep them coming.
